- Please help me understand why the 'connect 2400' occurs when high
- speed modems connect with 28.8 modems in our ISP modem pool (all USR
- 28.8 Sportsters). (See example script below...Trumpet Winsock
- connecting to ISP). It doesn't always seem to effect data transfer
- rate. I'd appreciate being 'pointed' in the right direction on this
- one.
